One person answers for the work
Ridge to Valley is a one-person company, and that person is Chase Coggins. The number on this site rings his phone, the estimate comes from him, and he is the one on the ladder when the day of the job arrives.
Every job ends with its own check
A window job is finished when the edges, sills, screens, and tracks have all been detailed. A gutter job is finished when water moves through every downspout. Whatever came out of the gutters or off the roof leaves with the truck.
Different surfaces get different equipment
Glass gets a strip washer and a squeegee, worked by hand. Roof growth gets a low-pressure soft wash with a non-bleach solution. Siding is rinsed with the wand held well back, and driveways get a surface cleaner that keeps big flatwork even.
Scheduling stays simple
A text gets the conversation going, and most work lands on the calendar within a week or two. Appointments flex around your schedule, and payment comes after the job is done: cash, check, Venmo, or card through Stripe.
